For each project, we prepare an individual plan, considering its goals and objectives. As a rule, a basic SEO work plan includes the following areas:

• Keyword research and SEO strategy development. This is a basis for most other SEO tasks. It helps to understand the current situation, identify the most successful competitors, write titles and page descriptions optimized for target keywords, optimize the website structure and prepare relevant content.
• Technical optimization. This category can be divided into two parts. The first is SEO audit, or “initial setup”. We check the site for several dozen parameters and identify features that can negatively affect its indexing and ranking in the search. Based on this analysis, we prepare recommendations for eliminating all problems found. Usually such an audit is carried out once or twice a year. The second part is a monthly monitoring of the “technical health” of the promoted website. We analyze data and errors in Yandex Webmaster and Google Search Console services to promptly resolve any emerging issues.
• Internal optimization. This may include many activities to optimize various elements of a website: working with page templates of various types, optimizing page titles and descriptions, adding or improving internal linking, working with behavioral and commercial factors, etc.
• Content optimization. It includes an analysis of search results and a development of technical specifications for content by SEO specialists, writing of texts by copywriters according to these specifications and their verification by editors. We work with a large pool of freelance writers (more than 60) with extensive experience in a variety of topics. The agency also has three full-time editors.
• External optimization. This is work with external links, with company profiles in Yandex and Google, as well as analysis and improvement of snippets in search results.
• Implementation of SEO recommendations (optional). If you do not have your own developers and webmasters, or they are busy with other tasks, we can take implementation of our SEO recommendations on our side: both technical and content. This issue is important to discuss before the start of the project, since our experience does not apply to all CMS and frameworks.

Usually, we prepare a plan of work to promote a site for the year ahead. Later on, the plan is adjusted depending on the dynamics of KPI, changes in goals and priorities, new restrictions and other factors.

We work with SEO projects with a budget of 75,000 rubles per month or more.

We prepare a unique commercial offer for each client, considering goals and objectives of a particular project. The cost of work depends on the amount of resources (that is the time of our specialists) that will be required to achieve desired goals. When preparing a proposal, we also consider current state of the website, level of competition in the niche, possible restrictions on implementation of SEO recommendations by the client.

Often, the project budget can be optimized by adjusting a scope and/or frequency of tasks.

Each project is unique, so we believe that fixed plans are a limitation that can interfere with the full performance of SEO tasks. Plans are published on our website, but this is nothing more than a guideline. For each project, we prepare an individual work plan and budget. At the same time, we can offer several options for a project budget, which will differ in the amount of work and a forecast of results.

If we prepare an SEO proposal for you, we are sure that the results described in it are realistic. That’s why we are ready to bear financial responsibility if these results are not achieved: this may be fixed in our contract. Depending on the KPI you are interested in, a part of a monthly cost of services can be tied to a share of keywords in TOP-10 results, a volume of organic traffic or leads.

SEO is a service that requires a certain amount of customer involvement in the work process. Results of a SEO campaign directly depend on effectiveness of the client-agency interaction.

• Optionally, if you delegate the implementation of the SEO suggestions to us, grant us the access to the website (hosting and CMS).
